From the Island Highway take the Mill Bay/Shawnigan Road at the traffic light West toward Shawnigan Lake at the corner where Pioneer Mall is located. You can only turn West there. From the South it is shortly after the light at Mill Bay Shopping Centre and from the North it is the light after the one at the Petro Canada gas station.
You will first pass Kelsey Secondary School on the right, then Kerry Park Arena also on the right, and a little further Cameron Taggart road on the right. The next road on the left is Briarwood and, following that is Delume, also on the left. At Delume you will see a sign for new homes, and on the right there is a sign for Cliffside Excavating.
Turn LEFT onto Delume - go straight for a bit and then swing left. Stay straight on this road and after a slight uphill you see Gibbs Place on the right. Turn right onto Gibbs place and shortly thereafter turn left onto Fern Ridge Drive. Continue on Fern Ridge Drive, past Arken Terrace, which will be on your right.
We are on the right at 1108 Fern Ridge Drive. The house is not readily visible from the road, but the neighbour just before us is a new house at 1114.
